The Heard Museum of Native Cultures and Art, Arizona
Located in Phoenix, this private, non-profit museum is dedicated to the promotion of appreciation and respect for native people and their cultural herritage with empahsis on the traditional cultures of the Greater South West and on the evolving Native American Fine Art Movement.

The Lawson Corley Museum of Arrowheads, Alabama
Located in Birmingham, this museum houses a unique collection of more than 100,000 Indian artifacts from the Mississippi, Mexico, Peru, and Central America.

The National Museum of the American Indian at the Smithsonian Institution
"The collections comprise approximately one million objects, from areas ranging from the Arctic to Teirra del Fuego. There are collections from all major culture areas of the Americas for virtually all tribes of the United States, most of those of Canada, and important tribal representatives from Middle ad South America as well as the Caribbean.
